Stacey Tesauro LCSW, CCTP-II
Stacey Tesauro is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Complex Trauma Professional and EMDR level II practitioner. She has worked in the field of behavioral health for 20 years, with a specialization in trauma disorders and PTSD for the past 13. Stacey enjoys working with both children and adults, and is honored to have the opportunity to empower others by allowing them to process past painful experiences in a safe and supportive environment while discovering the control that they have over their own quality of life. Stacey is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, and after working through the practice for 16 years, excitedly stepped into the role of President of PA Professional Health Services in 2023.
ERICA GRIM, LCSW
Erica Grim is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California University of Pennsylvania. Erica works primarily with adults and adolescents ages 14 and up suffering from a variety different challenges. Her focus is on working with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety disorders, stress-related issues and relationship issues. She also has an interest in eating disorders and obsessive-compulsive behaviors. Erica specializes in Anger Management and the Batterer's Intervention Program. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She believes strongly in the body/mind connection. Erica works to help clients develop their own strengths to empower themselves and take control of their lives.
Deborah Migyanko, LSW
Deborah (Deb) is a licensed social worker. She gained her Masters of Social Work from West Virginia University. Deb has over 25 years of experience in the social work field. She has extensive experience in treating families and children as well as school based issues. In the early part of her career, she worked with Fayette County Children and Youth Services as well as provided in home family therapy. She specializes in areas such as adolescents, adults, families, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, marital issues, sport, health, human performance and trauma. She received trauma training from Intensive Trauma Therapy in Morgantown, WV under the late Louis Tinnin and Linda Gnatt. She believes in treating the person as a whole as a means to empower them in order for change to occur. She uses various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality, Gestalt, art, music and play therapy. Deb is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, International Association of Trauma Professionals, Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies as well as the Association for Play Therapy.
Tracy Proctor, Psychiatry NP
Tracy Proctor is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides care to both adolescents and adults who are navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, adjustment disorder, PTSD and sleep disorders. She is devoted to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health services. She began her career as a Registered Nurse serving pediatric patients and worked her way to a Master's Degree in Nursing before obtaining her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license.
Whitney Jordan LCSW
Whitney Jordan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the mental health field for over a decade. Whitney graduated with her Masters of Social work in 2012 from California University of Pennsylvania. Whitney has been trained extensively in Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
She has experience across the age spectrum -serving children and adults in different stages of life and circumstances. Whitney has worked with children ages 10 and up- and their families in the foster care setting- with a focus on trauma work. She has worked as part of Interdisciplinary Teams—providing social work services in different healthcare settings. Whitney also has experience in outpatient mental health working with individuals who have had different life stressors and issues.
Whitney hopes to be able to provide a nonjudgmental, empathetic ear to whomever enters her therapy room and to empower individuals to recognize their own strength and worth.
